  Julie made this leasing process really seamless and was done without advertising. Fantastic communication, commitment and follow up was done with the builder to make sure that the property was ready in time. Has excellent knowledge and eye for details when it comes to ensuring that all aspects are taken care before handover. She is a real asset for Ace Real Estate. Met a very different real estate agent after a long time.

  My god, do not leave a negative review or they will threaten to sue you. Due to my other review receiving 4,584 views when sharing my experience with the agency. I received a call from the agent himself swearing and yelling over the phone then telling me it’s defamation that he will get his lawyers to sue. When I noted to him it’s not defamation unless it’s false, he began threatening more and getting personal about things you told him in confidence.
  
  When I made management aware of this via email they ignored and when I called the director himself pushed it aside saying ok we will leave you alone with no apologies nor wanting to hold the agent responsible for his action.
  
  Due to this the agent has now mixed professional matters with personal agenda such as wanting to release money from the trust without my authorisation even though I declined to it being released due to works.

  Divya has provided very good service in process of renting out my apartment in Williams Landing. She was keeping me in loop and answering all my questions in timely manner. She has pretty good knowledge of the renting market and she picks up damages from the inspection quiet good. we still have outstanding issues for damages done by previous tenants. but I am sure Divya will handle that and we will have satisfactory outcome for that as well.

  One of the worst real estate, pretty dodgy and extremely Rude agents. Had a very bad experience with them. If I see their sign boards on Truganina or Tarniet area I even avoid to go on that street. If you are renting property with these people, make sure you Inspect the property thoroughly or else they will show you the pictures of the property when its built and you rented out when the house was 10 years old. BE CAREFUL fellas!!!!

  This review is for Julie Strnak, ever since I have engaged her services at Ace Real Estate for two different properties in the 4 months, Julie has provided an amazing service. I would say the best real estate agent experience I have ever received. Julie is very diligent with her work, always looking for the best tenants and the best contractors when work is required at the properties. She always follows up when she says that she will do something, it happens. She is a real asset to your company, and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family if the need arises for rental management.

  Ms Daisy Singh has been my property manager during the past year, after dealing with her throughout the tenancy, I really found her responsible, quick responsive, professional and kind. Must admit ACE renting group is managed really well and I can see their business expanding even during this pandemic year. Well done guys, keep up with the good work!

  Julie Strnak was recommended as our new property manager by our construction manager. She has done a very good job for us: assisted us in property handover from the builder, promptly put the house on the market with professional set of ad photos and found us a tenant only within one week after first inspection. Julie is a great communicator, so our experience dealing with Julie has been positive and pleasant all the way. Highly recommend!

  Julie Strnak has been managing my leased apartment for around six months. I could not be happier with her work. She always responds to my queries promptly, and she also deals with issues promptly. I never need to follow her up. During my recent re-letting where I was considering putting in new carpet, Julie found two carpet suppliers who were significantly cheaper than what I could find. Julie is very clearly the best letting agent I have dealt with.
