  Had my hair all burn off after wanting just a toner to go from my white blond to grey but hairdresser couldn't achieve colour and had to bleach my hair 3 times after already being white blond
  $300 later I asked for my money back but hairdresser wanted to correct the colour so I agreed because they spent the time and products on my hair but never achieved anything close I left with hair 1/2 the length I started with and it was dark brown.
  This happened well over a year ago and my hair still no where near the length it was and I decided not to leave a review but some how I can't opt out of receiving the text deals and it's a constant reminder of what happened

  Immediately felt relaxed and welcomed by everyone. Soooooo happy with my new hair. Massive transformation for me as l have always had long hair with bad experiences from other salons. Rose was exceptional in her approach and convinced me to take a leap of faith. Definately have found my forever salon. Thankyou Rose ♡♡

  I got my hair done here and there was an inconsistency with the price of my haircut.
  When I was getting my hair done there were two dogs running around the store, which is unhygienic to say the least, not to mention that people could be allergic to them like myself and a health and safety issue.
  The younger staff are all lovely and took care of me and made my experience here much better.
  The manager from what I could see during my visit was rude to her staff in a demeaning manner which made me question her professionalism.

  I’ve know Rose for over 20 years and have gone to her off and on. It’s been awhile but today I went back as I just really needed to go to someone who really knows what they are doing. The service is always great and I’m so happy with the result. I definitely need to give myself some self love which means regular visits to 161 Hair room. Thank you Rose & team.

  Would recommend for men with longhair they do a great job plus Rose and girls look after you
